Set up auto-recharge so calls never stop

Billing, then Auto-Recharge: tick it on, set the amount and the threshold, then update the card. After that a low balance refills itself.

Stop a low balance from turning into missed calls overnight.

You are signed in to the OneSuite Business console.

1. Open Billing and find Auto-Recharge Billing, then Auto-Recharge.
2. Turn it on Tick “Auto-Recharge prepaid credit”.
3. Set the amount and the trigger threshold The amount is what gets added each time. The threshold is the balance below which it fires. Set the threshold high enough to cover a busy weekend.
4. Accept the terms and update the card Agree to the service terms, then update the payment method and confirm.

Auto-recharge shows as enabled, and the balance tops itself up when it drops below the threshold.

What threshold should I pick?

At least a few days of normal traffic. If a missed refill means missed calls, being generous here is cheap insurance.
