Product — AI voice agent, SMS and tickets
How Bizsprite answers calls on a local U.S. number, sends follow-up SMS and turns requests into tickets for your team.
AI customer service solutions,
built for different business needs
From AI voice reception to workflow coordination, we help businesses build a more efficient and flexible customer service system.
"Get started" opens the OneSuite Business registration page, where the U.S. number and the telecom account are created.
Why "Get started" leaves this site
Bizsprite supplies the AI. OneSuite Business supplies the U.S. number and the telecom service behind it — the number, the call minutes, the SMS channel and the billing. One service, two accounts, and the jump between them is the normal path.

After-hours calls get missed
A U.S. customer calls at night, your team is offline, and the call goes to voicemail—or to a competitor.
Same questions, all day long
Compatibility, sizing, returns—your team answers the same ten questions over and over.
After-sales info collected piecemeal
Photos, order numbers, problem descriptions arrive across calls, messages and emails. Hard to assemble.

Service scope and capability boundaries
Not included by default
Call forwarding, voicemail, outbound calling and verification-code receiving are not included by default. How standalone numbers are handled, number categories, fees and service scope are confirmed before launch.
Real-time order lookup, inventory and refund operations, and native platform messaging are described separately from knowledge Q&A; capabilities without a completed system connection are not presented as live features.
Numbers and source attribution
The number can sit at several touchpoints—website, product manual, after-sales card, packaging; calls from all of them are handled centrally in one place.
One number across multiple touchpoints does not automatically give precise source attribution. When channel source matters, use separate numbers, customer self-reporting or other verifiable methods, subject to the current supported scope.
Before sending, confirm which product, variant or ticket each link belongs to, so the wrong page is not delivered.
SMS status follows the system record and is not guaranteed to reach every handset; if sending fails, tell the customer and continue handling.
Materials a customer submits are filed under the matching call record, and the team reviews and follows up from there.
See how the AI understands a request and responds
Two of the most common cases: a customer asks about a product and the AI sends the matching page; a customer needs to supply information and the AI sends a form.
Product selection
The customer asks whether a bag fits; the AI confirms the use case and model first, then texts the product link.
I just got an Akai MPC Live 3 and need a bag to carry it. Do you have something that fits?
We do. First, how will you use it — subway commuting, driving to rehearsals, or keeping it at home? The three options differ quite a bit.
Mostly the subway. Sometimes I drive.
Then I’d point you to the VNEX audio workstation backpack, item YPB-0060-001, $69.99. Waterproof shell, and the compatibility list includes the MPC Live 3.
Can it hold a laptop too?
The description only lists compatible devices and an 8 kg load — no laptop compartment size, so I won’t guess. I can text you the link to check the detail page, and log the laptop question for the support team.
Okay, send it — 415-555-0132.
Confirmed, 415-555-0132. Sent — the text has the backpack link, and you can also search "Musiin VNEX" on Amazon.
Product link sent
The buyer opens the link right after the call instead of searching for the product again.
After-sales information
The customer opens with a refund; the AI matches the model, pins down the cause, then logs the exchange.
I bought monitor covers two weeks ago. I tried to fit them today and they are too big. I want a refund.
