Set up your number, AI agent and billing, step by step.
- What you are actually buying — A North American phone number plus an AI that answers it. SMS, tickets and transcripts all hang off that one call.
- Why “Get started” sends you to another site — Bizsprite supplies the AI. OneSuite Business supplies the U.S. number and the telecom service. Two accounts, one service.
- Three things to have ready before you start — Company details, your product materials and a payment method. Half an hour of gathering saves a day of back-and-forth.
- What happens after you click “Get started” — A new tab opens on OneSuite Business. From there: sign up, verify your email, choose a plan, pay — and you end up with two accounts.
- Registering your OneSuite Business account — Follow the steps below to create your OneSuite Business account, complete the required information and account verification, and prepare for service configuration.
- The verification email never arrived — Nine times out of ten it is the spam folder or a company mail filter. Work through these four checks in order.
- First sign-in: check these four things — Sign in, change the initial password, then confirm the account, the AI module, the company details and the plan are all where you expect them.
- How to top up your balance — Billing, then Recharge, then amount and payment method. The prepaid balance is what keeps the line answering.
- Set up auto-recharge so calls never stop — Billing, then Auto-Recharge: tick it on, set the amount and the threshold, then update the card. After that a low balance refills itself.
- Reading your bill: what is metered, what is flat — AI answering and AI conversations are unlimited. Call minutes and SMS are metered. The number is a flat monthly fee.
- Create the AI agent that answers your calls — One agent per line. Name it, describe the business, save — you can refine everything after the first test call.
- Upload the materials the AI answers from — Two libraries: products and FAQ. Follow the template, upload, then link both to the agent. What you do not upload, it will not invent.
- Service rules: greeting, hours and hand-off — The greeting, the schedule the AI covers, and the intents that must always reach a person.
- Pre-launch checklist — Four blocks: AI configuration, a real call, SMS, and answer quality. Everything has to be ticked before live traffic hits it.
- Going live — Once the checklist is clear, the agent can take real calls. Start with the number on one channel, not everywhere at once.
- Cancel your service — Console, then Company, then Cancel Account. The service stops at the next billing date, not immediately — and stays usable until then.
- What happens to your remaining balance — Unused prepaid balance is refunded automatically, typically within 7 business days of the service stopping. The detailed refund rules are still being finalised.
