Three things to have ready before you start

Company details, your product materials and a payment method. Half an hour of gathering saves a day of back-and-forth.

Have everything on hand so activation does not stall halfway through.

1. Company details Registered company name, a long-lived business email, a contact person and the business address. They should match your actual operating entity — verification is checked against them.
2. Product and policy materials Product descriptions, FAQ, shipping policy, after-sales policy and refund rules. This is what the AI answers from, so plain files beat polished brochures.
3. A payment method Credit card, Alipay or WeChat Pay, depending on what the billing page offers for your account. This is used for the balance top-up.
