How to top up your balance

Billing, then Recharge, then amount and payment method. The prepaid balance is what keeps the line answering.

Add prepaid credit so the service keeps running.

You are signed in to the OneSuite Business console.

A payment method is available.

1. Open Billing In the console, go to Billing.
2. Click Recharge Choose Recharge to start a one-off top-up.
3. Choose the amount and the payment method Confirm the amount, pick the payment method, and complete the payment.

The balance on the Billing page increases, and the top-up appears in the transaction list.
