Why “Get started” sends you to another site

Bizsprite supplies the AI. OneSuite Business supplies the U.S. number and the telecom service. Two accounts, one service.

Understand why activation spans two platforms, and which task belongs where.

You have not registered anywhere yet. Read this first so you do not create two accounts.

  1. Bizsprite is the AI Creating the agent, uploading your product and FAQ materials, writing the greeting and the hand-off rules.
  2. OneSuite Business is the number and the line U.S. number provisioning, call minutes, SMS, billing, balance and auto-recharge.
  3. The jump is the normal path Clicking “Get started” on this site opens the OneSuite Business registration page, so the number and the telecom account are created under the same business identity.

You know that billing questions go to OneSuite and AI questions come to us.

Do I have to register with OneSuite Business?

Yes — the U.S. number and the call minutes are provisioned there. It is the telecom side of the same service, not a separate product.

There is a sign-up link on both sites. Which one do I use?

Start here, then follow the jump. Registering through a second entry point can create a duplicate account, which makes the later binding step messy.
