New: tune your AI's tone, pace and pronunciation per brand.
Jul 25, 2026
The same words in the wrong voice still sound like a call center. This release gives you four dials you can turn without touching a script.
Tone
Pick a register per brand — warm, neutral or brisk. It changes how the agent opens, how it acknowledges a complaint, and how it closes. The wording stays the same; the delivery does not.
Pace
Callers on a support line are usually more patient than callers on a sales line. Pace lets you slow the agent down for troubleshooting and speed it up for store hours and directions.
Pronunciation
Brand names, model numbers and product lines are the most common source of awkward calls. You can now add a pronunciation entry — write it the way it should sound, and the agent will say it that way every time.
- Add a brand name once; it applies to every call.
- Model numbers can be read digit by digit or as a word.
- Changes take effect on the next call, not the next deploy.
Language mix
For sellers whose customers occasionally switch languages mid-call, you can set a primary and a fallback. The agent answers in the primary and follows the caller if they switch.
What we are still working on
Accent selection. It is the most requested setting and the one we are least comfortable shipping early — the difference between a regional accent and a caricature is thin, and we would rather get it right than get it out.
